RETURN POLICY

Return Policy

  • You may purchase merchandise from this website by using any one of the payment options available. 

  • Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase. 

  • Items must be returned to BKOR within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for refund. 
  • Items returned between 30 and 90 days of order date will be issued store credit.

  • Claims of missing, incorrect, or damaged components must be reported within 30 days of purchase.

    If your shipment is damaged upon receipt             

    Busted Knuckle Offroad products are carefully packaged and leave our facility damage free. The carrier has the responsibility for the shipment from the time it leaves our warehouse until it is delivered.  If your parts arrive damaged, report the damage to the delivery driver and contact BKOR immediately.  We will coordinate a damage claim with the carrier.  Save all packaging as it can be important to the claim process. Failure to report shipping damage within thirty days of receipt will result in denial of a damage claim.  Claims require photos of all sides of the packaging including the shipping label, all packaging materials as well as the damaged product(s)

    If you wish to receive replacement parts before the claim process is complete, a new order must be placed and a refund for the damaged parts will be issued when the claim is resolved. 

  • If you receive incorrect parts

    Any missing or damaged parts received in your order must be reported within thirty days of receipt. If BKOR ships an incorrect part, we will organize return shipping and ship the correct part when return is received.   If the customer does not want to wait for a return to be received, a new part must be ordered, and a refund will be issued for the wrong one when received. If BKOR ships an incorrect part, we will cover replacement part shipping at the same shipping speed as the initial order.  Expedited shipping upgrade charges must be covered by the customer.

  • Items returned to Busted Knuckle Offroad will receive a MINIMUM 10% restocking fee if the reason for return is based on the customers actions (examples: no longer need, changed mind, ordered incorrect part).  Restocking fees are based on supplier fees and may vary.  Returns are not accepted for parts that have been used or the original packaging is missing or damaged. 

    Returns must include our returns form available by contacting BKOR or downloading, with the order number and reason for return.
