Turbo S Chassis Stage 1

Our RZR chassis is designed for insane abuse!  Countless hours of research, development, and design went into making our chassis the toughest and most feature rich chassis available.  The factory chassis is cheesy.  It bends and dents easy.  If you start abusing your machine it will fall apart.  It is flimsy, weak, not square, and dangerous in hard core offroad.  Our chassis is BEAST MODE.  We have been building heavy duty off-road chassis for the hard core offroad industry for many years and know exactly how to beef them up.  Our entire lower is built from 1.75" .188" wall DOM tubing giving it unmatched strength.  The chassis is primarily built from 1.75" .120" wall DOM tubing with a mix of 1.5" .120 wall.  

Our stage 1 chassis comes with all of the tubing you see in the pictures and also the engine, transmission, Radius rod, and trailing arm mounts.  Designed for turbo S suspension.  It does not come with a front bulkhead so you can build your own or add our bulkhead to your order.  You can also add doors to any stage chassis HERE
