Factory 05+ super duty knuckles machined to accept BKOR billet high steer arms!! This Knuckle/High steer arm package is a super strong combo. We flat-top a set of factory 05+ super duty knuckles and drill the 6 bolt pattern to match our high steer arms. Our machining process leaves a keyway in the knuckle that the high steer arm recesses into. This keyway strengthens the assembly and completely eliminates the shear plane on the bolts.
Choose from standard billet steel high steer arms or upgrade to the same aluminum arms we run on our production buggies!
Price is for a pair of knuckles. If you ship us your good cores we will refund you $75 each, we'll even cover the shipping!
Please, keep in mind when ordering our OEM knuckles that the caliper anchor bracket bolt hole spacing differs between the 2005 - 2012 and the 2013 - 2017. The 2005-2012 has caliper anchor bracket hole spacing of 8.5" from center of bolt hole to center of bolt hole. The 2013+ have a larger spacing to be 10". You may need to send us your knuckles to be processed if you are looking for the 13+ package as we do not have a consistent supply of these knuckles.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If your knuckles have two "windows" in each knuckle (pictured below*), typically seen on 2018 and newer Super Duty knuckles, they cannot be machined for high steer arms. We can not accept these as cores and we will not be able to refund the core charge.
We also cannot accept knuckles that have eliminators welded in or high steer arms welded on as core returns.
You will be responsible for return shipping on any knuckle that does not meet the criteria for machining.
