This item is for the machining operations for 2013 - 2017* 05+ super duty knuckles. We do not have a steady supply of these year range knuckles so you will need to send your knuckles in for machining.
This is Knuckle/High steer arm package is a super strong combo. We flat-top a set of factory 2013 - 2017 super duty knuckles and drill the 6 bolt pattern to match our high steer arms. Our machining process leaves a keyway in the knuckle that the high steer arm recesses into. This keyway strengthens the assembly and eliminates the shear plane on the bolts. The arms are made from billet 1" thick steel and feature a 3/4" tie rod hole.
Price is for machining of the knuckles you provide and high steer arms to match. Includes hardware.
Package contains:
- Labor to machine both knuckles to accept BKOR keyed billet steel high steer arms.
- (2) 1" thick BKOR billet 6-bolt steel high steer arms.
- (12) 1/2" grade 9, 190,000psi fine thread bolts
- (12) grade 8 washers
- (12) grade 8 lock washers
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If your knuckles have two "windows" in each knuckle (pictured below*), typically seen on 2018 and newer Super Duty knuckles, they cannot be machined for high steer arms. We can not accept these as cores and we will not be able to refund the core charge.
We also cannot accept knuckles that have eliminators welded in or high steer arms welded on as core returns.
You will be responsible for return shipping on any knuckle that does not meet the criteria for machining.
